This app retains all 606 rows and all 14 source columns from your workbook. The dashboard follows the original KPI / inspection-area layout and green table headings. Charts update whenever an item changes.
- Save locally: changes and photos are automatically saved in this browser on this computer. Keep using the same HTML file and browser. Browser cleanup or moving the file can make local data unavailable.
- Export backup + photos: downloads a complete JSON backup. Use this to move inspections between computers or keep a dated recovery copy.
- Save HTML copy: downloads a standalone HTML app containing the current inspection and photos. Open that copy to resume from its saved state.
- Import: JSON restores a full inspection including photos. CSV or the original-format XLSX replaces the checklist while retaining vessel details. CSV/XLSX cannot carry attached photos into this app; use JSON or an HTML copy for photo backups. Review the import confirmation before replacing data.
- Photos: open an item and choose Add photos. Images are resized to a maximum 1600 pixels and saved as JPEG for manageable backups. Keep original photos separately if needed.
- Print / PDF: choose dashboard, filtered items, all items, or findings. Photos and remarks are included in item reports. Select Save as PDF in the browser print dialog.
Source quality: some extracted question, category and annotation text appears split across columns. Original wording is preserved; verify these entries against the authoritative checklist before inspection use. You can correct source text within each item.

This is a single-computer offline app. It does not provide shared accounts or simultaneous editing. CSV is an Excel-compatible text export; use your full backup for lossless restoration.
